We’re looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our office and store staff. If you have a positive attitude and strong customer service skills, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities include:
- Answering phone calls and assisting guests with reservations using our computer system
- Handling guest check-ins and processing transactions
- Managing cashier duties, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean, organized store
- For those interested in outdoor work, opportunities are available to assist with guest transportation and river trip logistics, including helping guests board buses and exit the river at the end of their trip
Availability:
- Must be available Thursdays through Sundays through Labor Day
- Additional hours may be available Monday through Wednesday

Outdoor Operations Team Member Needed
This position is open to adults with some life experience (Age 21+) interested in joining our team in a physically active, at-times customer-facing role. This position requires a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Previous outdoor work experience is helpful, but not necessary. If you are a teenager, please see our Outdoor Operations Level 2 position below, this position is for those a little older!
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a pickup or box truck and trailer combination to transport river trip rental equipment (canoes, tubes, kayaks)
- Load and unload trailers, prepare gear, and ensure equipment is ready for guests
- Perform light maintenance and groundskeeping tasks as needed
- Assist customers with entering and exiting their rental equipment before and after trips, ensuring a positive experience
Requirements:
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and engage in occasional significant physical activity
- Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Availability from Friday through Sunday until Labor Day (additional weekday hours may be available based on project needs and performance)

Entry-Level Outdoor Team Members Needed
We are looking for hardworking individuals aged 15 or older to join our team in an entry-level role. This position is perfect for those who enjoy working outdoors and are eager to learn. Perfect first-job for anyone who is hardworking and dependable!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with park maintenance, including cleaning fire pits, painting, equipment upkeep, mowing, weed-whipping, and general landscaping
- Support river trip operations by helping customers board their watercraft and welcoming them back after their trips
- Handle rental equipment such as tubes, canoes, and kayaks (must be able to lift up to 50 pounds overhead)
Schedule & Growth Opportunities:
- All new hires will start with weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays through Labor Day)
- Additional weekday hours will quickly become available for team members who demonstrate strong effort and performance

Join Our Cleaning Crew!
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our cleaning team. This role is essential in keeping our facilities clean, stocked, and welcoming for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and restock lavatories, outdoor privy toilets, cabins, and other facilities on the property
- Ensure the campground is spotless and ready for new guests, especially on Sunday afternoons after the busy weekend
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization throughout the property
Schedule & Availability:
- Weekend availability is required
- Occasional weekday shifts may be available

Now Hiring: Security Team Members
We are seeking level-headed and dependable individuals to join our security team for the summer camping season. Our security staff plays a key role in ensuring that all guests have a safe and enjoyable experience while adhering to park rules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the campground and enforce park policies with patience and professionalism
- Interact with guests, using diplomacy when addressing concerns or rule violations
- Assist with occasional light maintenance and restroom cleanup during overnight shifts
- Maintain clear and effective communication with both guests and fellow staff
- Access our computer system to review guest information if/when needed
Schedule & Requirements:
- Must be available for evening/overnight shifts on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights from late June through Labor Day
- Strong communication and customer service skills are essential
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a variety of situations
- Basic computer skills required
