Rules and Regulations

VISITOR PASS: Full Camping Fee: If exiting within 1 hour, 100% refund, if exiting by 10pm, 50% refund.
Not issued after 9:00pm or on Fridays or Friday & Saturday on 3-day holiday weekends).
2 NIGHT MINIMUM CHARGE: Weekends
3 NIGHT MINIMUM CHARGE: Holidays
CHECK IN TIME: 3:00pm (Extra charge for early arrivals)
CHECK OUT TIME: 12:00 Noon (Extra charge thereafter).
SEASONAL SITES: Available with electric & water or full hook-ups.
(Starting at $1800 per season).
OFF-SITE STORAGE: $40 per month / $200 for 6 months.
RESERVATIONS: Are recommended and taken Sunday thru Thursday 10:00am-6:00pm (during the regular camping season).
During the winter months, our reservation office is closed but returns telephone calls and emails as we receive them.
DEPOSITS: Are required to guarantee your reservation and do not guarantee specific sites.
(Reservations made less than four (4) weeks in advance require full payment)
BALANCE DUE: Four (4) weeks prior to your arrival or reservation not guaranteed.
PAYMENT: Only cashiers checks, money orders, Master Card, Visa or Discover Cards will be accepted. ABSOLUTELY no personal checks.
CANCELLATIONS: Made four (4) weeks prior to your arrival will receive a full refund, less a $15 service charge. There are no refunds if cancellation is made within (4) weeks of arrival.
REFUNDS: Will not be issued due to inclement weather or no-shows.
RESPONSIBILITY: You are responsible for your own safety. No liability is accepted by River View Campground & Canoe Livery or its employees.
ALCOHOL: Excessive use of alcohol will not be tolerated. Violators will be reported and required to leave the premises. Refunds will not be issued.

Canoe, Tube & Kayak Trips

RATES: For Canoes are based on 1-2 people per watercraft (3 person maximum). Additional charge for extra person. Children 5 yrs. old and under are free & 6-15 yrs. old are $8.00 when they are the third person in canoe. Price varies for adults when third person in canoe, depending on trip.

RATES: For Tubes are per person. Tubes hold 1 person. No extra passengers allowed on tubes.

RATES: For Single Kayaks are for 1 person, Double Kayaks are for 2 people. No extra passengers allowed on kayaks.

RESERVATIONS: Are recommended and taken Sunday thru Thursday from 10:00am - 6:00pm. Please understand our office is swamped with campers on Friday and Saturday and we need to focus our attention on serving them and we are unable to take reservations during this time.

DEPOSITS: Are required to guarantee your reservation. Reservations made less than Four (4) weeks in advance require full payment.

BALANCE DUE: Four (4) weeks prior to your arrival or we cannot guarantee your reservation.

TRIPS: Will be cancelled and rain checks issued, when in our judgment, the river or weather conditions are unsafe. No refunds will be issued.

RAIN CHECKS: Expire one (1) year from the date of issue.

REFUNDS: Not issued due to inclement weather or no-shows.

EXTRA CHARGES: For lost or damaged equipment and for passing destination.

You will be charged for another complete trip for passing your destination. You will be charged accordingly for any damage to watercraft.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY: No liability is accepted by River View Campground and Canoe Livery or its employees.

ALCOHOL: Limit alcohol to one six pack or less per person. Please drink responsibly and respect others.

Firewood Quarantine:
To prevent infectious tree diseases, we do not allow outside firewood to be brought into our campground.
