full line of groceries & picnic supplies, cold beer & wine, snacks, candy, dairy products, nachos, hot coffee & donuts, hot & cold sandwiches, pop, ice, hats, clothing, charcoal & grills, coolers, camping supplies, mini drug line, live bait, toys, firewood, toiletries, R.V. supplies, etc..
Snack Wagon:
Our Snack Wagon concession trailer provides hot food on weekends. Get some hot coffee and a breakfast sandwhich to
get you going in the morning. When you return from a long day on the river grab a burger or pizza on your way back to your campsite.
ATM Machine:
Short on cash? We've installed an ATM machine in our office.
High Speed Internet Access: Wireless internet access is currently available near our main office building, recreation center and restroom facilities, however we are currently expanding our wireless network.
Recreation Center:
Our recreation center is available to all of our campers. This 32x64 foot center provides groups a great place to picnic out of the hot sun, or shelter for those rainy days. Inside the recreation center is a game room with pinball machines, a pool table and video games.
Activities are planned each weekend:
We show movies, play music, have contests and do arts and craft projects. All activities are monitored by an adult activity coordinator. See our schedule of events.
3 Restroom / Shower Facilities: In 2009, we opened our 3rd modern bathroom/shower building located near our group camping area. Our 2nd modern bathroom building is located in the center of our 120 acre campground. Included in these facilities are handicapped facilities, laundromat, flush toilets and individual shower rooms. We also have a 3rd bathroom/shower facility up at our main office which was renovated in 2009.
Our bathroom buildings have individual bathrooms and free hot showers for your privacy. Each shower has its own changing area so your clothing will not get wet. We also have large dressing rooms with plenty of electrical outlets for hair dryers, and curling irons.
River View Campground offers miles of hiking / biking / and walking trails.
Currently we have 3 marked trails. Our trails are maintained by our grounds department.
River View Campground has 2 volleyball courts, 4 horseshoe pits, a full size basketball court, 2 playgrounds equipped with swings and slides for kids!
Volleyballs, horseshoes, frisbees, basketballs and soccer balls are available free of charge at the front office (deposit required). River View Campground is close to several golf courses, churches, restaurants, and medical facilities, and fifteen minutes from Lake Huron.
