Each cabin has a queen size bed, 2 twin bunks, futon, table and chairs, 1/2 bath, under counter refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave, picnic table and a fire pit/grill combo outside plus a covered 8 ft. porch.
$100/night (up to 2 people)
$25/night each extra adult
$5/night each extra child (6-15yrs) * 2 night minimum on July & August dates * 2 night minimum regular weekends
* 3 night minimum on holiday weekends
* Children 5-under Free
* Maximum of 6 adults per cabin
In addition, a $100.00 security/cleaning deposit will be required on a credit card. A refund will be issued to the card once the unit has been inspected by RVC.
FREE RIVER TRIP WITH WEEKDAY CABIN RENTAL (MON-THURS)
Renter is to provide their own linens.
NO SMOKING or PETS are allowed in rental units. (no exceptions)
Renters must be at least 25 years of age.
Major credit card and driver’s licenses are required as I.D. and for any charges that may apply.
